Programs
We offer a range of programs that aim to facilitate relationships and dialogue. These include:

University Student Leadership Forum

We are dedicated to empowering young leaders with the leadership skills required to advance reconciliation and coexistence. East-West Initiatives coordinates a trip each summer for Jordanian youth to attend leadership forums in the States, and in the summer of 2008 we are hosting the first Student Leadership Forum in Amman. 70 students from the U.S are invited to join 70 Jordanian students for a 3-day intensive cross-cultural experience.

See the Student Leadership Forum page for more details.
Arabic Training

The Arabic language is the key to understanding the culture of the Middle East. With this language becoming increasingly important and popular in todays world, we encourage young people to study it, and can organize for Arabic Training to be conducted in both:

- Modern Standard Arabic
- Spoken Arabic, Jordanian Dialect
Youth Exchange:

We can organize for youth from the West to visit and partner with young people in Jordan, and vice versa. They will experience daily life with a family from the host culture, gaining an insight into their lives and way of thinking.
Educational Tours

We believe the perceptions of, and attitudes towards other people are changing by seeing and experiencing their lives. We organize tours of Jordan, Palestine and Israel that provide unique opportunities to explore the culture and get to know the people. Some of the opportunities we offer are:

- A 10 day journey exploring the West Bank and Jordan
- An 8 day journey throughout the country of Jordan.

See the Educational Tours page for more details.
